Refund Requests

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at refunds@contentgeni.com within 14 days of the purchase date to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and explain the reason for the refund request. Our team will then review your request and respond to you within 2-3 business days. If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that we may reject refund requests if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms of service.

Subscription Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your ContentGeni subscription and receive a refund, you must do so within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for subscription cancellations.
